It seems this game has a pretty ridiculous amount of problems. I did one workaround just to access the settings because the game would freeze any time I clicked it, and then after the tut my game crashed and now it just freezes at the main menu.

Honestly I suggest you just uninstall and forget about the game.I'm not sure if they just suck at quality control or if they really care this little about the games they make. Just be glad you didn't pay for the game(my condolences to anyone who did and was unable to play), and to think I was planning on getting Rising Storm. I think I'll pass on it now.
