Download Virtual Dj 8 For Tablet Android
PRO Infinity Member since 2007 Just wondering if VirtualDJ was slated (pun intended) for the iPad or Android in the near future. I know that the iPad doesn't currently support multiple stereo audio channels, which prevents being able to pre-cue with an external soundcard and still have your master mix in stereo, and is therefore a dealbreaker, but I'm hoping Apple will rectify that in a future model. I have no idea if any Android tablets support multiple stereo channels. At any rate, it would be great to be able to DJ using VirtualDJ all self-contained in a tablet, without having to use a laptop plus a mixer. I just love touchscreen interfaces, as well as travelling light with the gear. Thoughts, anyone?Posted Wed 21 Dec 11 @ 1:53 pm.
Virtual DJ Music Mixer is a virtual mixing software DJ and easy to use, provides some songs in the play with the equalizer support. You can add playlist from sdcard or the default playlist (MP3). Allows you to play music to become a professional DJ Special Features DJ Music Pro: - With the equalizer function you can equate the best music mix with advanced quality - Changes in tempo / pitch.
PRO Infinity Member since 2008 Virtual DJ can not work standalone at present without a PC. The only app I know of to do what you currently want is djplayer ( It can use the iPad headphone socket as PFL then send the stereo output to another Apple device which you can then plug in to your mixer. You can also do it the other way round and cue from the second device and have the iPad plugged in to your sound system. DJ player has various config options and really is a great program if a bit fiddly to use. The quality of the wireless link is dependant on your router and bandwidth. It also does not work in ad-hoc mode between the two devices at present. I have used it at a couple of gigs and it does not replace VDJ with a midi controller in any way.
Good for parties and playing about though:) P.S. There are splitter cables available which allow you to use one side for PFL and the other for mono output. They can be used with djplayer and the Algoriddim Djay app as well. KeithPosted Wed 21 Dec 11 @ 2:24 pm. PRO Infinity Member since 2008 You do not have to use a mixer if you don't want to, you will however still need your laptop to run VDJ Pro and use the virtual DJ Iremote app to control VDJ with an Ipad. You will also need a sound card plugged into your computer, I used a native instruments audio 2.
Plug it up to your headphones and PA system. I love androids, my cell phone is an android but when I bought my tablets I went with Ipads due to the quality of apps available to them.Posted Wed 21 Dec 11 @ 3:23 pm. PRO Infinity Member since 2006 I don't know if VirtualDJ it's going to be available on a 'tablet' version. But if you want to take a look at some 'tablet' options, you should consider one of the 3 options that I found.
IPad with TraktorDJ. I was DJing on a birthday party 2 weeks ago, with VirtualDJ of course.
Virtual Dj For Android
All of the sudden a guy comes to me asking me about my setup and stuff. He mentioned if I've tried DJing with an iPad to which I reply 'No' of course. Then, all of the sudden he pulls his iPad out with TraktorDJ on it. Aside for the fact that I like playing mostly videos AND the fact that I am not very fond of the 'i' devices or ecosystem, I have to say I was impressed by the capabilities of the thing. If you like minimalistic setups, this might be a choice to consider. All your music can be stored on the iPad.
No more heavy laptop! Android CrossDJ. Of course that after seeing the iPad/TracktorDJ combo, I immediately started looking for the 'android version' of that. I found CrossDJ an app by MixVibes which it was close to what I saw on the ipad, but not as complete. It only made me daydream about ATOMIX buying MixVibes in order to add more features to the software. I know, it probably would never happen.
But if does, I thought about it first.;) 3. IPad with CrossDJ. Now, this option it's only for those of you that might not like (maybe even hate) TraktorDJ much, but that still own an iPad.
Like I said, I just wish that Atomix came up with their own 'tablet' version of the software. Might be wishful thinking, but remember, we are going mobile more and more every time. Thoughts?Posted Sun 23 Mar 14 @ 7:56 pm.

PRO Infinity Member since 2009 This is awesome, I also got it for the same deal (tried getting it for $99 but people were lined up since 3-4AM). I also installed VirtualDJ and tried connecting it to my NS7 but didn't work (I think it was because of low battery) but I will give it another try and see if I can actually use the NS7 with this because that would be pretty cool.
This tablet is so awesome! I will also try to plug in my Discovery DJ controller that I have (this may work but since it needs to be powered by the computer I doubt it unless I get a powered USB hub).
I can post pictures on later on if things work out lol. Crazy how technology just keep advancing.
Cheers, DJBoyInviato Mon 16 Dec 13 @ 7:22 am. Lenovo Miix 2 does not have this issue.
My setup is Plug-USB CABLE-HUB-Tablet. This allows me to charge and use other usb devices without any problem. My bad, got you mixed up with the original poster!
It's the Dell that has the issue, although apparently there is a workaround for it by dismantling the usb cable and adding a switch to short out the data pins. You only have to short them briefly, then the tablet continues to accept a charge while stilll allowing use of the usb port.
Dunno, sounds a bit dodgy to me! How's that Lenovo working out for you then? Mister retro keygen for mac. I'm quite tempted to get one of these little Win8 tablets, but unsure which to go for at the moment.Inviato Wed 08 Jan 14 @ 12:47 pm.
PRO Infinity Member since 2004 Ok i solved all of my problems now. Even the extensible USB 3.p host problem. My solution was to go into bios where i found somewhere an option Debuh USB Y/N (I Selected Yes).
After i reboot problem dissappeared. So now i have a fully functional tablet with virtual dj 7.4 and hercules 4mx. It is amazing that the tablet can power the 4mx even without a powered usb hub straight from the battery.wow!!!
My suggestion for tablet would be the new Lenovo Miix 2 10' coming out this February as i found a bit small the 8' for vdj. I wish that there could be a customized version of Multitouch skin from djdad (1200x800) as it is the only that is suitable for my tabletInviato Wed 08 Jan 14 @ 1:43 pm.
