I got a message from the WayBack Machine that the servers that are supposed to serve the files seem to be offline.I then used the timeline at the top and chose a 'capture' from October 2013. I tried downloading the Pre3 one that I need, and that seems to be working. Downloading now.and I now have a.jar.which I'll assume works.at least for the moment, while I get the other one(s) I need.UPDATE: Looks like I kinda got lucky on that choosing an older capture.

The webOS 3.0.2 over-the-air update for the HP TouchPad was pushed through just a few days ago, and now the SDK has been released for public use as well. Developers can grab the new version of the SDK from the webOS Developer Portal and install it just as they have previous versions of the same. It was initially developed by Palm, which was later acquired by Hewlett-Packard, and then LG Electronics. Palm launched WebOS in January 2009.
